CX Debate will debate the 2008/2009 Topic:Due to the length of a CX round, CXF Debate entries may not cross-enter any other debate or speech event.HOWEVER, we will suspend debate rounds for Congress sessions throughout the tournament and, since Congress is under a separate entry, we strongly encourage debaters to cross-enter the Congress tournament.
