Event Description:
Students will arive to the room after having 30 min of prep on the topic. Students will arive one at a time and leave after conclusion of the speech. Students will give a 7 min maximum speech ont he topic. Students will be ranked against each other. Rankings must be between (1-5). Give multiple 5's for tieing for last place, if more than 5 compeitiors are in the round.
