Event Description:
Students will give a 7 min minimum and 10 min maximum on an originaly written speech. A grace period of 15 seconds is allowed for being under or over the time constrainsts with out penalty. Students will be ranked against each other. Rankings much be between (1-5), give multiple 5's for tieing for last place if more than 5 competitiors are in the round.
