Event Description:
If entries are big, we will split this category into novice and varsity divisions.
SEVEN minute maximum with a 30 second grace. (the seven minutes includes prep time and speaking time - the student should speak longer than they prep)
Students will receive topics in the contest room. Prep and speaking time totals 5 minutes.
This category is for anyone who has competed at anytime in any event prior to this season.
