Event Description:
All debaters must be novices in their first year of policy debate. This division will NOT be restricted to the Novice Packet. Depending on numbers, this division may be combined with Open Novice. This division is intended as warm-up for debaters interested in Novice State and will feature experienced judges, to the best of our tournament ability.
