Event Description:
Extemporaneous speaking begins before all other events. The "extemp draw" time will be 30minutes before the official round start times. All competitors must be present in the draw room for the entire draw period prior to their name being called.
Competitors are given a choice between three topics. They have 30min to prepare a 7min speech. At the end of their 30minutes prep time they MUST be at the door for their competition room.
