Event Description:
Students will wait in the hall until judge calls them in. They have 30 to draw 2 and choose 1 topic. Put the others back in the envelope. Student has 7 minutes to prep and speak, but must speak at least 3 min or cannot get 1st in the round. Hand signals must be provided by judge for student.
