Event Description:
Impromptu
● The judge will be provided with a list of topics (three for every speaker) before the round starts. The speaker is not permitted to look at the topics until their prep time is started. They will pick one topic and prepare a speech based on that topic
● Prep time is two minutes and the speech will be five. Any notes that they might take are to be left by their seat or out of sight.
