Event Description:
Students will receive 3 topics from their judge. They will then have up to 3 minutes to PREP and up to 7 minutes to PERFORM. Their prep time will be given audibly every minute of prep and then they will receive hand signals for the remaining time of speaking
ROUND 1 - Improv Acting Generated Prompts - You will receive 3 prompts that can range from simple words to phrases - akin to Impromptu Speaking and you must choose 1.ROUND 2 - Improv Eulogies - You will receive 3 names and you must choose 1 to eulogize. Names range from Spongebob to Bugz Bunny.
ROUND 3 - Improv TV Commercials
- You will receive 3 prompts and you must choose 1 to enact a commercial of. An example we used previously was "A sombrero made of nachos"
