Impromptu Speakers will be given three topics to choose one from. The entry will have seven minutes to prepare AND deliver their speech - total amount of time for both stays at seven minutes maximum.

Round 1 will be questions pulled from Debate topics

Round 2 will be questions pulled from Ethics topics

Round 3 will be mixed questions from Funny Topics
