Event Description:

Three person teams shall be prepared to debate both sides of the following resolution: Resolved: This House believes that no one ever lost a buck underestimating the intelligence of the American public. This event will follow the Pennsylvania High School Speech League rules for Parliamentary Debate. Double entry is not permitted. The preliminary rounds will be held at Dr. David Kistler Elementary School and elimination rounds will be held at E.L. Meyers High School. To the extent that registrations warrant, any impromptu rounds will use the PHSSL recommended impromptu topics.
