Event Description:
Contestants will present an interpretation of a speech or sermon delivered concerning the cause of social justice and civil rights. This event is open to all students. Use of a manuscript is permitted. Time Limit: 10 minutes. Double entry is permitted. Competitors may not use the same speech for both Dr. Martin Luther King declamation and declamation. All rounds of the event will be held at the E. L. Meyers High School.
