Event Description:
Contestants will present an interpretation of a speech not of their own creation. This event is open to students in the seventh through tenth grades. Use of manuscript is not permitted. Time Limit: 10 minutes. Double entry is permitted. Competitors may not use the same speech for both Dr. Martin Luther King declamation and declamation. All rounds of the event will be held at the E. L. Meyers High School.
