Event Description:

Student delivers a 7 min speech with a 30-second grace period. If over the grace period, cannot be ranked 1st.

Judge must deliver time signals per the student's direction.

Use of notes, cards, briefs or other aids is prohibited during the speech.

Do not delay between competitors as this gives extra time to the later competitors.
