Text of message:

Dear Coaches and Judges,

Although we are not using online ballots for Congress and Speech, we still recommend that each judge have a linked tabroom account, especially with a phone number associated with the account. Our intent is to send "text and email blasts" prior to every round of speech and every session of Congress. The message will contain a specific assignment (event, room number). However, judges MUST NOT REPORT DIRECTLY to the room. Because we are using paper ballots, all judges must report to the ballot table to pick up their master ballots and individual ballots.

The Speech Ballot table will be outside of Aronson Hall in the Lower School. Ballots are to be picked up and returned to that location.

The Congress Ballot table is in the tab room in the Jefferson Building in the Upper School. Ballots are to be picked up and returned to that location.

Again, tabroom.com accounts are not required for Congress and Speech judges. We just recommend it. It will help the tournament run more efficiently. Please, please do not go straight to your room if you get a text message/email with a Congress or Speech assignment. All must report to the appropriate ballot table to pick up paper ballots.

If you need assistance with creating accounts or linking accounts to your judges who have accounts, please let us know.

Thank you,

Greg and Alma
