2015 — CT/US
Text of message:
Apologies if you already received this email from the 2014 invitational account, that was a mistake!
We have done the first sweep of the waitlist. Anyone who would need to make flight arrangements should now have cleared entries, if not, let us know.
Initial registration was far over capacity of the tournament, so many teams are still on the waitlist. We will be monitoring registration closely, and putting in new teams as soon as we can. Please remember that the only way we can admit more entries is for entries to drop, so please drop any entries if you know they won't be coming ASAP.
Please put in real names for TBAs as soon as possible. We will not be admitting anymore entries with TBAs, and we will be deleting all TBAs in the first week of September.
Please remember that there is a waiver form for this year's tournament. Without it, your students cannot compete. http://yale.tabroom.com/waivers-and-consent-forms/ These are due by September 11th, but the sooner you get them in, the better, so we don't have to hound you.
As a reminder, Yale will not be accepting any independent entries or non-school entities -- all students must be signed up with a degree-issuing high school, and must have that high school sign a waiver for them, in addition to the student bringing an adult chaperone.
Any other questions, feel free to email us. Enjoy those last weeks of summer!
