Here is all of the disclosure that has occurred at this point, consolidated.   We are way past any deadlines so we should move forward that this final (absent an error on my end because I missed an email :) ).   Also, please, please clean up your entries as soon as possible.   We are *way* over the number of rooms we used last year and that the previous director had reserved initially.   I am going to have to do some last-minute begging for room additions this week with the administration and I would like that list to be as accurate as possible.
