Hi all,

There were a couple of questions this morning on how chambers were paired. We initially only requested that schools with more than 10 entries seed because we felt that we would have sufficient judges to prevent conflicts. Unfortunately, we did not have enough unconflicted judges, so we were forced to spread schools with more than seven entries across seven chambers so that their judges could be used in the other three chambers during the tournament. This is only because we are VERY tight on unconflicted judges. Please note that this has been our practice at this tournament for the past six years.

As a result of some of the questions this morning, we made a few modifications to the chambers. I have uploaded the latest and final prelims postings to Twitter. Please have your students double check. They will also be available on Tabroom.

We're very sorry about this. We only came to realize late last night after we had processed the drops, judge swaps, and were pairing chambers using Tabroom's automated sorting feature.

Thank you,

Aleisha & Jega
