Electronic Ballots in ALL events

Some tournaments in our state have already transitioned to electronic ballots in debate events. At the Saint Paul's tournament, we are going to try to have electronic ballots in ALL events. This means that:

1. All judges need to have a wifi-enabled device with them. Laptop or tablet is ideal. Smart phones work but they are inefficient when writing comments.
2. All judges need to have a tabroom account. They MUST be able to receive round notifications via text/email. Our intent is that they go directly to a competition room when receiving their assignment. If a judge is missing, we will send a text/email to a replacement judge.
3. All judges need to be familiar with the e-balloting process. Instructions are available at the link below:
