Eligibility Form and Information

Eligibility Form

The New Mexico Athletic and Activities Association has requested that all eligibility forms be submitted to them prior to competition. You must submit your administrator-signed list to Sherri Bublitz at lamshawktalkers@gmail.com . Failure to submit this list by the deadline will mean that your school will not be eligible to compete.

If you anticipate potential changes or switches to your list, add additional students as alternates to ensure eligibility for all.

The eligibility form can be found here: http://www.nmact.org/file/Verification_of_Eligibility.pdf

Make sure you include a list with all potentially competing students with this eligibility form.
