Extemp Topics

Extemp questions for this tournament will not be announced in advance; rather, students competing in Extemporaneous Speaking events will be expected to be prepared to discuss and analyze matters of social, political, and economic import for their respective event.  Only events/issues of import that significantly featured in the media within the 8 weeks prior to Mustang Madness will be considered for question material.
