Fees and Judges

FEES

Entry fees are $6.00 for each individual event and LD entry and $12.00 for each team event. 

DEADLINES AND DROP FEES

Entries are due Wednesday, December4th by 5pm.  Drops are due by Thursday by 3:00 pm.  Drops made after the deadline will be $12.00 for individual events and LD entries and $24.00 for each team event.  This amount includes the original entry fee. All changes before 3:00 pm Thursday must be made through Joy of Tournaments.  After that time, you must call  337 852 2850. Drops made at registration and “no shows” will incur a penalty of $12.00 plus the original entry fee for IE’s and LD and $24.00 plus original entry fee for team events.

JUDGES

Schools must provide the following judges:

CX Debate:  one for every four teams or fraction thereof

LD Debate:  one for every four entries or fraction thereof

PF Debate:  one for every four entries or fraction thereof

IE, Duo, Duet:  one for every seven entries or fraction thereof

Please make sure you have the correct amount of judges, especially for debate.
