Judges Instructions

All judges will need to create a tabroom.com account for log in when beginning to judge.  Once they log in all judging assignments will present on the main page under upcoming judging assignments.  Individual Events judges will be using paper ballots but all debate events except congress will be online so judges will need a wi-fi capable device whether it be a phone, computer or tablet.  

Once you have clicked on the judging assignments you should see the round you will be judging online.

You will click start when ready to begin.  Once done make sure that you click on the winner of the round and then you will be prompted to confirm and submit.  Please make sure that it gives you the confirmation page that the ballot has been turned in.

If you are a hired judge you will report to the hired judges table to fill out either a time sheet or a w-9 to secure payment for your services.  As soon as you are checked in at the tournament you will be able to see the rounds that have been assigned to you thus far.  Many times judging assignments may be sent out only 20 to 30 minutes before a round begins so we ask that you enjoy food or beverage in our judges lounge while we make sure we have all rounds covered.
