8:30 – 9:15 Registration (Cohen G17)*

9:15 – 9:30 Opening Ceremony

9:30 – 10:30 Round 1

10:30 – 11:30 Round 2

11:30 – 12:30 Lunch **

12:30 – 1:30 Round 3

1:30 – 2:30 Round 4

2:30 – 3:00 Elimination Rounds Breaks and Announcements (Cohen G17)

3:00 – 4:00 First Varsity Elimination Round, First Middle School Elimination Round***

4:00 – 5:00 Second Varsity Elimination Round, Middle School Final Round

5:00 – 5:30 Awards Ceremony (Cohen G17)***

5:30 – 6:30 Varsity Final Round

*All students, coaches, and judges must arrive by 9:15 AM at the latest. Students who do not arrive by this time will forfeit Round 1. If you are running late or encounter any difficulties, please call the Tournament Director. Breakfast snacks shall be available for coaches and judges.

** Lunch shall be provided within Cohen G17 for all debaters.

***All students and coaches are required to stay during the entire day of competition. Leaving after the preliminary rounds is poor sportsmanship. Students, coaches, and families are invited to watch elimination rounds and should use the opportunity to learn from other students.

****All students and coaches must attend the Awards Ceremony. Every single student who attends the tournament will receive an award. As the Awards Ceremony will award many prizes to students, coaches, and principals, any individual who is not present at the Awards Ceremony will forfeit their award, including any prizes attached.
