Registration Procedure

Student Participation

Students must compete on behalf of a singular school institution and be in 9th, 10, 1th or 12th grade. Teams representing a private entity that is not a school (i.e. any for profit entity, league, consortium, etc.) and/or are comprised of students from different school institutions will not be permitted to compete.

Please note that we do not consider schools districts to be singular school institutions. Several districts are made up of different schools. Therefore, even if students receive diplomas from the same district, if team members are not enrolled at the same institution then they will not be eligible for entry. 

Each student must be enrolled in the 9th, 10th, 11th or 12th grade and in good standing with their respective school institution. Tournament registration must reflect the actual names of the students in accordance with their school enrollment.

On-Site Registration

This year we are going to continue to hold registration at the tournament hotel.  We will have registration set up from 9am until 1:30pm at the Marriott in West Des Moines.  See the Hotel/Lodging tab for the address!  Prompt arrival to registration will guarantee that you have all relevant and up-to-date information. 

Please know that if you need to report changes the earlier you get us the information - the better!  Therefore, do not hesitate to call Tim Sheaff (515) 729 2194 or Steve Schappaugh (515) 441 1036 before you physically arrive to register. 

We are also going to ask that when you register on the website that you also leave a cell phone number that we can contact you with during the tournament or registration process.
