• November 20 -- Legislation Deadline—UPLOAD ONTO TABROOM!
• November 28 -- Hired judge requests via website!
• November 28 -- 3pm (CST) -- Entry Deadline*  ALL ENTRY AND JUDGING FEES FOR THE ENTRIES ARE FINAL. Should you drop students you are still responsible for the judging obligations and the fees associated with that entry. If you find judges to cover obligations after this time an email will need to be sent to figure out if we can release that fee  
• December 3 – NUISSANCE FEE of $10/change applied.
• December 7-- PAYMENT IS DUE!  Please make arrangements for your payment to be ready by registration of the tournament.  Thanks for your cooperation!  If you do not have payment you need to have proof of payment - i.e. a purchase order.   

You may mail in payment ahead of time to Dowling Catholic High School; Attn: Tim Sheaff; 1400 Buffalo Rd; West Des Moines, IA 50265.   

*It is important that you register as soon as possible.  We have limits on the number of entries we can take in certain events -- the sooner you register the better.
