BQD Topic: Resolved: Humans are fundamentally different than other animals.

NLD and LD Topic: Resolved: In the United States, national service ought to be compulsory.

NPF and PF Topic: Resolved: Deployment of anti-missile systems is in South Korea’s best interest.

CX Topic: Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially increase its funding and/or regulation of elementary and/or secondary education in the United States.

Teams may submit up to 2 pieces of congress legislation by Tuesday, Sept. 5 for inclusion in the congress docket.  Congress docket will be shared with participating teams by Friday, Sept. 8.
