THIS IS A 3-ROUND TOURNAMENT WITH AWARDS AND WE FINISH MUCH LATER, AROUND 8:45 P.M.

IMPORTANT !!!!! PLEASE READ: The REGISTRATION FEE will be $3/person (student/coach/judge/observer). Plan to pay in cash or check made out to WCASD (West Chester Area School District).

NOTE 1: WE HAVE NO ENTRY FEES OR PENALTY FINES ADMINISTERED ONLINE, SO IGNORE THOSE DEADLINES.  

NOTE 2: PLEASE REGISTER YOUR JUDGES AS WELL!  

NOTE 3: PLEASE EMAIL BONNIE THE NUMBER OF OBSERVERS YOU PLAN TO BRING; NAMES ARE NOT NEEDED.

Registration HERE ends TUESDAY 1/30 at 5:00 p.m. FOR EVERYTHING including JUDGES and DROPS.  Any changes after that must be communicated to Dr. Bonnie Perry AS SOON AS POSSIBLE via email: blperry2002@yahoo.com. 

Bonnie and me (Brad Taylor) will begin the tedious process of scheduling the tournament after the deadline.  Any email changes should be for truly unexpected events (illness, etc.) -- please do your best to finalize your entries by the deadline.

***PARLIAMENTARY DEBATE ENTRY: the website has a 3-person Parli entry system, but it differs slightly from the others.  When you click on the Varsity or JV Parli Event, it does not give you a list of students to enter on the right panel, but only the green ADD ENTRY button.  Click the ADD ENTRY button, then you will get a screen that lets you 1) GIVE THE TEAM A NAME (customize it somehow, for example with A, B if you have multiple teams or last name initials, but keep the school name there too), and 2) select each student from a pull down menu.
