Please register students based on Region results. If your team is using substitution, please send me the information as it won't allow you to enter more than the caps allowed so I will have to verify which you are not entering and who is being substituted from Region results. 

We ARE doing online balloting, so your judges must have tabroom accounts, be linked, and bring an electronic device to judge one while at the tournament. 

Registration will begin at 2:30pm March 9, 2018

Extemp prep will start at 3:15pm, Topics can come from any of the lists from December through March.

Rounds will start at 3:30pm Friday and 8 Am on Saturday

Schedule will be 3 rounds Friday Evening and 2 the following morning before Elims and Finals. Judges must stay one round past your entire school getting out of elims. Schools pay your own judges, and then the state reimburses the schools based on rounds and availability report that we submit.

 Congress will have one session Friday evening, 2nd session Sat am and then a Finals Round Docket will be posted Feb 27th.

Last year as we had enough judges we were able to single flight everything and let Policy do its own thing which worked out great. Please ensure you have your required number of judges and that should help again if we have the room and numbers.  I will try to have a few extra judges on hand as well.

EACH Region Rep needs to send me names and tabroom emails for Congress Judges to add to the pool.

Food will be provided for Coaches and Judges and concessions will be available for students.
