PCFL at Perkiomen Valley

Good morning PCFL Friends:
Our last regular season PFCL tournament is scheduled for Saturday, February 18, 2017. Special thanks to Mr. Gary Heidt for hosting us at Perkiomen Valley. This is a PCFL tournament for PCFL member schools. We will offer both varsity and junior varsity levels of competition. Registration fees are $1 per student.
Pizza should be pre-ordered on Tabroom as well.
Schedule
All teams should arrive and complete registration by 8:30. The schedule below is accelerated to leave the door open for something festive - a third/fourth round or a final round.

Both divisions will use the national January-February topic.
Public Forum Topic
Both divisions will use the national February topic.
Congress
Congressional debate in junior varsity varsity will begin with bill #6.
Judges
Each team is required to fulfill their judging quotas as follows:

One speech judge covers up to five speech/congress entries;

One Lincoln-Douglas judge covers up to two LD entries;
-
One policy judge covers up to two policy entries;
-
One public forum judge covers up to two PFD entries.
