Dear Coaches,

St. Francis High School is pleased to offer you the opportunity to join us for the 2016 version of the Swamp rat Classic. The tournament will be held Saturday, October 8th at St. Francis High School and we will offer three divisions each of Public Forum and Lincoln-Douglas debate. We will also have one division of Congress.

THIS TOURNAMENT WILL USE THE OCTOBER PUBLIC FORUM TOPIC, AND THE OCTOBER LD TOPIC. CONGRESS LEGISLATION WILL BE POSTED AT A LATER DATE.

Please pre-order pizzas for your students (pepperoni, sausage, cheese) at $10 apiece by Wednesday  at 5:00. Please do this via e-mail. Late orders will not be accepted. Pizza money is due at the beginning of the tournament. No exceptions.

Fees:
LD debaters are $10 each.   Public Forum teams are $15 each Congressional Debate entries are $5 apiece.

Please provide 1 judge for every 2 Public Forum teams and 2 LD debaters, or fraction thereof; no ½ judges will be allowed.  There might be a limited number of judges available for hire at $70 apiece.

Registration will begin at 8:00 a.m. and ends promptly at 8:30 am. Late arrivals are not guaranteed a first round.
