The tournament will officially take place on Thursday, October 15.  This will be an asynchronous tournament.  This means students will not be able to watch rounds, but judges can complete rounds at different times.

Some basic information:

Please upload your videos to the site by Wednesday, October 14 before noon.  This will allow me to double check to make sure that they are there and try and deal with any problems before Thursday morning.  

Judges will receive an e-mail/text message of the rounds they are assigned to judge Thursday morning at 10:00 AM.  They will need to log into Tabroom.com to access those rounds.  These can be judged anytime between the moment they are released and Friday at noon.
