8:30am—coaches enter any drops in tabroom by this time

9am—rd 1 technology check—all debaters and judges check in to their round 1 room and verify the tech works

9:45am—rd 1 begins (this gives us plenty of time to address issues that arise—round may start early if all in the room are ready)

11am—rd 2 technology check

11:15am—rd 2

12:45—rd 3 technology check
