This is the CBSR IE Championship tournament.  Schools must have paid their CBSR and CAHSSA dues for the year prior to competing at this tournament.  Manuscripts for all prepared events must be submitted to the league president through the shared Google folder preferably by Saturday, February 29 (the date of our CBSR Debate Championship tournament), but no later than Wednesday, March 4 2020.

Students may be double entered and (for this tournament only) those events may be on the same pattern.

All participating schools must provide one adult judge for every 6 entries and all judges must be at least one full year out from high school graduation.  Coaches may not judge.
