Registration:

       Registration will run from 7:30 am - 8:10 am

Formats:

Lincoln-Douglas (novice, varsity; JV if enough entries) — $12.50 per debater

Public Forum (novice, varsity; JV if enough entries) — $12.50 per team

Congressional debate (novice, varsity) — $7.00 per debater 

Topics:

Lincoln-Douglas — Resolved: The United States ought to eliminate subsidies for fossil fuels.

Public Forum — Resolved: The benefits of the United States federal government’s use of offensive cyber operations outweigh the harms.

Super Congress Bills —

                    -- A Bill to provide free preschool to American Families

                    -- A Resolution to amend the constitution to change the electoral process for President of the United States.

                    -- A Bill to ban the use of cellular devices while driving.

Rounds

Rounds will begin at 8:30 am. We will have 5 rounds for both LD and PF. Varsity in these formats will break to a final. Congress will break to Super Congress.  

Judges:

Please provide one judge for every 2 entries in LD. 

Please provide one judge for every 2 entires in PF. 

Please provide one judge for every 5 entries in Congress.

We will have provide a judge training at 8:00 am

Judges, coaches, and tournament volunteers will receive complementary food in the judges lounge.
