Bellevue and Newport Speech and Debate cordially invite you to attend the 2nd Annual Bellevue School District Invitational on December 6th-December 7th, 2019. We are pleased to offer Individual Events, Congressional Debate, Policy Debate, Public Forum Debate and Lincoln-Douglas Debate. One again, this is a State Qualifying Tournament in all events for WCD Distrcit II Schools. We will follow current WSFA rules, and NSDA guidelines implementing the Coaches Code of Ethics/Code of Honor. Registration will close at 5pm on Wednesday, December 4th. Fees will be set as of deadline. Late drops considered under health or act of god circumstances.
