Welcome to the Nebo Noobs and Newtons!

This is a one day tournament for both varsity and novice debaters, and speech and debate competitors. LD and PF are single-flighted to maximize rounds and expedite a quick tournament. Novice only have three rounds so they can watch the final varsity round, OR compete in Impromptu, Declamation, and/or SPAR. We will use the 10 UDCA/NSDA bills for Congress and let the kids caucus for the order. 

The emphasis is on judge feedback. Judges should be willing to give quality feedback to competitors.
