Dear Friends:

We look forward to hosting you at our policy debate tournament the weekend of November 23-25, 2019 in Atlanta, Georgia. 

The tournament is a finals bid for the Tournament of Champions in the varsity division.

We will host novice and JV divisions as well.  Eligibility restrictions for the JV division are very lax, in order to make both the JV and Open fields more difficult.  The novice division is for first-year debaters and will have evidence restrictions.

The topic for all divisions will be:

"Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially reduce Direct Commercial Sales and/or Foreign Military Sales of arms from the United States."

The tournament hotel remains the same as past years, the Renaissance Atlanta Waverly, which is five miles from Westminster and easy walking distance to many dining options.
