The first GGSA Parli tournament of the school year (and coaches meeting) will be held at Benicia HS in Benicia on Saturday, September 14, 2019. You can find a campus map here. Benicia High school is located at 1101 Military West, Benicia, CA 94510. You can see the location in Google Maps here.

DEADLINES

Entries are due by 5:00 PM on Friday the 6th of September. Drops made by September 11 will pay half of the entry fee. After that point they will pay the full entry fee.

JUDGES

*All judges must be entered on Tabroom.com by 5 p.m. on September 13, 2019.

*All judges must have Tabroom.com accounts with cell phone numbers and email addresses. The accounts must be linked to your school.

*When you enter your judges, be sure that you do so using the same email address that they use for their tabroom account. 

*Make sure that all judges know the email address and password for their tabroom account. This is sometimes a problem when coaches or students create a tabroom account for a parent judge.

*Please instruct all judges to bring a fully charged device to use to complete their ballots. They can bring a laptop, tablet, or smart phone. The first two are better because they are easier to use, but it is possible to use a smart phone.

Please address these issues in advance of the tournament. Dealing with them on Saturday morning delays the start of the tournament, and causes everyone to go home later.

ON SITE REGISTRATION

You must check in by 8:00 AM to register your team. 

VOLUNTEER

Per our league rules, each school is responsible for bringing one adult volunteer in addition to your judge quota. Please email us in advance to let us know the name of your volunteer, so we can discuss assignments.
