Novice Policy Symposium
Instead of a full policy tournament, we are offering a two round friendly competition with a presentation on competition after case limits are removed.

Judge Information
Requirements ALL JUDGES MUST HAVE A TABROOM ACCOUNT LINKED!
IEs: 1 judge per five entries. ($50 per hired judge)
Congress: 1 judge per eight entries. ($50 per hired judge)
Public Forum: 1 judge per 2 teams. ($100 per hired judge)
Novice LD: 1 judge per two entries. ($50 per hired judge)

Note about entering Iowa City, best way to avoid traffic is to take 80 to 380 interchange, take Exit 239A to 380/218 south and Exit 93 to Melrose.
