Dear Friends,

It is our pleasure to invite you to the first Oregon Speech and Debate event of 2019: the Rogue Valley Congress at Ashland High School, Wednesday January 9th from 4:30pm - 8pm.

Please submit bills by this Saturday 12/22. You can submit up to 3 on Tabroom, but if you have a problem feel free to email. We will supplement the student written bills with bills from the December NSDA Packet for prelims and finals. We will get these out to y’all and on Tabroom at least a week before Congress.

We will again be breaking to new chambers after dinner.
