Bellevue and Newport Speech and Debate, in collaboration with Interlake and Sammamish teams, cordially invites you to attend the 1st Annual Bellevue School Distrcit Invitation on November 30th-December 1st, 2018. We are pleased to offer Individual Events, Congressional Debate, Policy Debate, Public Forum Debate and Lincoln Douglas Debate. One again, this is a State Qualifying Tournament in all events for WCD Distrcit II Schools. We will follow current WSFA rules, and NSDA guidelines implementing the Coaches Code of Ethics/Code of Honor. Registration will close at 5pm on Wednesday, November 28th. Fees will be set as of deadline. Late drops considered under health or act of god circumstances.
