The Heritage Debate & Forensics Team is honored and privileged to invite you to the War Eagle Classic on Friday, December 6th & Saturday, December 7th

We will have trophies for finalists in High School, Junior High divisions will receive medals and sweepstakes trophies will be presented in all divisions.

All entries should be made through TABROOM. Deadline for entries will be SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 30th by 5pm.  You must provide one qualified judge for every ten individual event entries and one qualified judge for every two debate teams.  A $10 judging fee will be assessed for any uncovered entries, and extra judges are always welcome and so appreciated. Students may enter multiple events in a given round, rounds will not be extended beyond the scheduled time to accommodate students with multiple entries. Please encourage your students to be diligent in arriving to their events on time. Refunds will not be granted if students miss rounds. There will also be no refunds for individual events dropped after the deadline.

We will provide concessions for students and hospitality for all coaches, judges, and bus drivers. We ask that you please help support our various programs by eating from the concessions we provide rather than bringing outside food. Please inform your students and parents of this request. Also, please inform your team that food and drinks are not allowed in classrooms or in the auditorium.

Please do not arrive to our campus before 3:30pm on Friday!

Thank you in advance for your help with traffic control.  Traffic is always an issue in NW Arkansas, especially on a Friday, so please allow enough time to arrive on our campus for registration so we can do our best to stay on schedule.

Parking and Entry Instructions

Heritage High School War Eagle Classic December 6^th and 7^th 2019

Please try not arrive before 3:30pm because school is not yet dismissed. If your Team does arrive early, no worries, please call Wayne Levering (479) 790-7220 for instructions.

Entry for our Tournament on Dec. 6th coincides with the dismissal of school. These instructions should help make that easier. For ease, you may follow these instructions for Dec. 7^th as well.

Our Address is 1114 South 5^th Street, Rogers Arkansas 72756 but that address will take you to the front of the school and all the school traffic. INSTEAD please arrive at the South side of HHS via South 6^th Street which parallels our stadium. Here are step by step directions.

1.       From 8^th street or Hwy 71 Business turn on Olrich St. heading east. There is a Casey’s Gas Station on that corner.

2.        East 1 block to 6^th St. and turn North. At that point, parallel our stadium until you reach the school. Turn right into the parking lot (circled on the map) between the Stadium and the Building and park.

3.       If you are a Team on a bus, someone will meet your bus give you additional instructions and escort you through the building and where you need to go.

4.       If you are a judge/guest to our school please come to the South entrance off of the parking lot. It will be clearly marked. Please check in and be directed to the Judges Lounge.
