SCHEDULE

- Second-flight debaters must go to the rooms listed on the postings and be ready to debate as soon as the first flight finishes.

- This is a tentative schedule. Rounds may be pushed up if it becomes possible to run the tournament ahead of schedule, and may be delayed if there are unforeseen difficulties.

7:45AM - 8:15AM -- Official Chaperone Check-In and Registration (schools not checked in by 8:15AM by the legal chaperone will be dropped)

7:45 - 8:15 -- Judge Check-In (schools without all judges checked in by 8:15AM risk league penalties including but not limited to dropping entries)

8:30-8:45 -- Judging Instructions

LD (double-flighted), PF (double-flighted), Policy (single-flighted), Parli (single-flighted)

8:45 - Round 1 Pairings and Ballots Released
9:00 - Round 1 parli resolution announced
9:00 - Round 1 must start in LD, PF, policy. Both Ld and PF flights must arrive at the room by this time.
9:20 - Round 1 Parli begins

11:10 - Round 2 Pairings and Ballots Released
11:15 - Round 2 parli resolution announced
11:15 - Round 2 must start in LD, PF, policy. Both Ld and PF flights must arrive at the room by this time.
11:35 - Round 2 Parli Starts

12:45 - 1:45pm - Lunch Break. DEBATERS MUST GET LUNCH DURING THIER OFF FLIGHT. Students, judges, and coaches must remain on campus. 

1:55 - Round 3 Pairings and Ballots Released
2:10 -  Round 3 parli resolution announced
2:10 - Round 3 must start in LD, PF, policy. Both Ld and PF flights must arrive at the room by this time.
2:30 - Round 3 Parli begins
4:45 -5:15  Awards

RESOLUTIONS

LD: In the United States, reporters ought to have the right to protect the identity of confidential sources.

PF: The United States federal government should impose price controls on the pharmaceutical industry.
