7:30AM - 8:00AM -- Official Chaperone Check-In and Registration (schools not checked in by 8:00AM by the legal chaperone will be dropped)

7:30- 8:00 -- Judge Check-In (schools without all judges checked in by 8:00AM risk league penalties including but not limited to dropping entries)

8:00- 8:15: Judging Instructions

8:15 - Round 1 Pairings and Ballots Released

8:30– Public Forum Round 1 must start.

9:30- Round 2 Pairings and Ballots Released

9:45- Public Forum Round 2 must start.

11:00-Round 3 Pairings and Ballots Released

11:15- Public Forum Round 3 must start.

12:25PM- Lunch Break. Students, judges, and coaches must remain on campus.

1:15- Round 4 Pairings and Ballots Released

1:30- Public Forum Round 4 must start. Both flights must arrive at the room by this time.
